Somerset Local Area Agreement - Indicators

 

There are a total of 60 indicators in Somerset's Local Area Agreement which will be used to measure our performance against the targets set.

 

32 are national, designated "upper tier" indicators which have been agreed with Central Government as the most important for Somerset

 

10 are statutory education indicators (previously there were 16 of these statutory indicators but six have been removed as Key Stage 3 testing has been discontinued) (highlighted in yellow below)

 

18 are "supporting tier" indicators chosen for their local importance to Somerset (shown in blue below).

 

All indicators are listed below, grouped under the Aims and the Challenges of the Strategic Community Strategy.
