Somerset Local Area Agreement - Monitoring Reports

The Local Area Agreement (LAA) Monitoring Reports will be produced on a quarterly basis and reported to the Somerset Strategic Partnership Joint Implementation Team (SSP JIT). 

Prior to being reported to the SSP JIT, the Thematic Sub Groups are asked to review and sign off the performance information where available. 

Reports contain the following information:

• Current year performance targets

• End of year forecast performance / end of year performance

• Stretched target levels as negotiated with Government

• Commentary on any performance issues
