Total Place is.....
Total Place is an ambitious initiative that takes a whole area approach to public services in an area, in order to deliver better services at less cost.
There are 13 national pilots looking at how the total public purse is spent across their area and developing
ideas for innovative change locally which will improve outcomes and making the total spend in the area of work as hard as possible.
This work has generated widespread interest and prompted non pilot areas to start their own Total Place Initiative, drawing on the experience and learning from national pilots.
