Somerset County Council has been appointed by the Partnership to act as lead partner in running and managing the programme.
A programme director is in place and project teams are being established. Project teams will start by scoping specific sub themes within each of the three areas outlined above. This scoping will produce a detailed programme of work.
It is envisaged that, within these themes, work will initially focus on individuals and familes with complex and long term needs.
